Project Background
In April 2020, we launched a new overhauled brand in six months for Dominos’ Next-Gen POS product. The new design was more accessible to end-users and consistent with our Domino’s marketing brand culture. Functionally and visually, it not only simplified the system architecture and workflows but also sped up a 60% team development process. This greatly improved employee’s training and working efficiency and provided a solid design foundation for the blueprint of Domino’s POS platform in future product development.

Working with Senior Designers to create, envision and design the system;
Prioritizing tasks and figuring out timelines;
Working with a Software Manager to make sure designs are implemented with Domino’s styles and proposed interactions;
