Project Background
At Domino's, I'm currently designing for a Next-Generation Point of Sales System that is an enterprise product for all employees who work in the retail store. It has six different apps, which include order taking, order making, dispatch delivery, inventory, labor, finance.
Our team goal is to create a system that increases team member efficiency, reduce user errors, and reduce training time to mastery for new team members.
Team
2 Product Designers, 4 Solution Architects, 5 Business Analysts and 10+ Software Developers.
My Role
Working with Business Analysts and Architects to capture requirements and use-cases;
Prioritizing tasks and figuring out timelines;
Setting up meetings with stakeholders and conducting usability testing;
Documenting designs and collaborating with a senior designer;
Working with developers to make sure designs are implemented with Domino’s branding styles and proposed interactions;
